Is Costco flooring good?

The products are legitimate. Costco's flooring is supplied largely by Shaw, a major manufacturer whose brands sell through flooring retailers as well, so it is not an inferior grade. What differs is the buying experience. Selection is narrower than a flooring retailer's, you usually cannot take large samples home to view in your own light, and installation is carried out by a contracted regional partner rather than the people who sold it. Confirm what the installed price includes, because removal, disposal, subfloor preparation, transitions and trim are where quotes diverge.
