Nothing is added to a polished concrete floor. There is no film, no membrane and no applied wear layer. The slab is cut, refined and chemically hardened until the concrete itself becomes the surface you live and work on. That single characteristic drives everything else about the service.
It means the floor cannot delaminate, because there is no separate layer to let go.
