What can we help with?

So the right crew reviews your project.

We are a flooring installer, not a flooring store. Every on-site visit is booked in advance so the measure-up is useful rather than a first introduction.

What can we help with?

Where our crews are based

We run crew from three Calgary locations and work across the city, its four quadrants and the surrounding towns.

Main office: 4440 14 St NW, Calgary, AB, T2K 1J5.
South Calgary crew base: 16320 24 St SW, Calgary, AB T2Y 4W1.
Southwest Calgary crew base: 95 Burma Star Rd SW, Calgary, AB, T3E 8A9.

All visits by prior appointment. We are a flooring installer, not a flooring store, so there is no showroom to walk into, yet.

Details That Make a Flooring Quote Useful

Start with the property location and the rooms involved. Measure every room separately and include closets, halls, landings and stairs. A single total square footage can hide small-space labour, extra seams, material direction and transition points. Note whether the property is occupied and which rooms must remain accessible.

Describe the existing surface as accurately as possible. Carpet, floating plank, glued vinyl, hardwood, tile and coated concrete have different removal and preparation implications. If the substrate is known, include that information. Mention soft spots, squeaks, cracks, loose tiles, water history or visible uneven areas without trying to diagnose the cause.

If a material has been selected, provide the manufacturer and collection. Otherwise, explain the priority: natural wood, resilient upkeep, a rigid tiled surface, softness, refinishing, or a coated concrete floor. The service overview can help name the category before the form is completed.

Mention related work that can change access or sequence, such as cabinet installation, painting, baseboard replacement or appliance moves. Flooring dates should be coordinated with those tasks after the material and preparation requirements are known.

How Your Calgary Request Moves Forward

The first review should separate confirmed facts from items that need measurement or inspection. Room dimensions, photos and product information can establish a starting scope. Subfloor flatness, moisture, bond conditions and hidden damage often require a closer look before final preparation can be priced.

Ask for an estimate that identifies materials, installation, removal, preparation, trim, transitions, stairs, disposal and tax. If allowances are used, they should be labelled. The cost calculator is useful for early scenarios but does not replace this breakdown.

Use the form or send an email, and confirm the phone, schedule and location details before relying on them.

Our Calgary locations

Our main office is at 4440 14 St NW, Calgary, AB T2K 1J5, a central building where visits are by prior call only.

We run additional crew bases at 16320 24 St SW, Calgary, AB T2Y 4W1 in south Calgary and 95 Burma Star Rd SW, Calgary, AB T3E 8A9 in southwest Calgary, which is what lets us cover the city and the surrounding towns without long travel days.

All visits by prior appointment. We are a flooring installer, not a flooring store, so there is no showroom to walk into. Booking ahead also means the person who attends has already seen your room dimensions and photos, so the visit is a measure-up rather than an introduction.

Contact and quote-request questions

What is the best current contact method?

Call (587) 324-2207, email info@flooringexpertscalgary.ca or use the website form.

Which measurements should I include?

Provide the length and width of each room, plus closets, landings and stairs. Note whether the measurements include fixed cabinets.

Should I attach photos?

Photos of the whole room, current floor, transitions, stairs and visible damage can clarify the initial scope, although an on-site review may still be needed.

Can I ask about several flooring types?

Yes. List the rooms and candidate materials separately so the response can distinguish hardwood, vinyl, tile, carpet, epoxy or refinishing needs.

When will I receive a reply?

The phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. On-site visits are booked by appointment.

Can I visit one of your locations?

By appointment, yes. We are a flooring installer rather than a flooring store, so there is no showroom stocked with samples to browse. Our main office at 4440 14 St NW is a central building where visits are by prior call only, and our south and southwest crew bases are working locations rather than retail space. Call first and we will arrange a time.
